Already half way through....

The week! Whoah, time sure does fly... too bad I haven't been doing anything fun! I am such a HOMEBODY during the winter. While being a homebody may be a GOOD thing, because I don't shop, I save gas, and I STAY WARM......my belly is always craving FOOD! Well, NOT always, BUT...When it's about 10 days before my YOU-KNOW- WHO flies into town! GRR! I have told you about her before. She is such a demanding BITCH! Her name is RUTH and all she does is eat Vegan chips, goji berries, HOT tea (any ol flavor will do and some pistachios). She can't go a day without them! What is this about!?!?

Anyway, enough about HER (Ruth). Raha and I did the quickest workout EVER because I had other appointments this afternoon that I had to attend to, and she- her GORGEOUS little boys (MY BOYFRIENDS).

Another run planned for today. Todays run was 2 miles at a comfortable pace. NO sprinting, no long mileage just two girls prepping for a 1/2 marathon. What was great about todays run was that I was able to just enjoy the run and NOT worry about a pace, a time a goal- just a 2 mile run.
