Friday- My BEST 4 mile run!

Sometimes when I have a lot of "Stuff in the basement" I end up keeping it there until it's time for me to run. Running as you know by now, is my BEST form of therapy. Sometimes I run adn get so caught up in my conversations with The Big Man Upstairs, that I don't even realize how many miles I ran. Love those days.
It's been an emotional week with stuff going on with Tyler, and so I knew running would kind of help me to get prepared, handle it better and be strong for him. I met Raha at the gym and we got our run on. I truly love her! I will be posting more pics of her! (SHHHH, don't tell her).

I never intended this run to be so intense, but it was and I was so excited. It meant that my legs are getting stronger, my body is responding and my brain and muscles are communicating perfectly!
