Waking up this morning, there was NO WAY I was going to the gym. My whole trunk was sore from the workout Raha and I did on Friday, behind my knees were tight and I looked around my house and thought: "I have so much to do and so many errands to run". After boot-camp this morning with my FAVORITE girls, I was motivated to get to the gym, and workout, get a nice sweat going and just feel good.
Getting to the gym was a GREAT choice, however....One should ALWAYS be prepared!My FREAKIN IPod was dying, which meant I had to do the treadmill instead of the Stair Monster. The treadmills have the adapter to plug your IPhone or IPod and even IPad into and it will charge. So I stayed on there for a good 30 minutes and even broke a sweat walking on an incline at a fast pace! NICE! 
I didn’t even THINK about how PACKED the gym would be at 10am! Can you say SARDINE CAN???? Yep! Well, I just shifted and slithered my way through everyone.
Today, I focused on upper body and at the end, I focused on dynamic stretches since tomorrow is a 5 mile run day with Raha outside- SO EXCITED!
Here is today’s Workout:
2 rounds-
- Wide grip lat pull- 12 reps
- Renegade row- 17.5lb. dbells, 8 reps
2 rounds- 15 reps for both
- dbell chest press- used 17.5 lb. dbells
- hot pink resistance bad flyes- LOVE the pump I get from these!
2 rounds- 15 reps
- Shoulder presses- 15 lb. dbells
- bicep curls- 12.5 lb. dbells
- Plank tricep kickbacks (NOT for the weak!)- 5lb dbells
2 rounds- 15 reps
- Dbell side laterals- 5 lb.
- rope tricep press downs- 20lbs.
Foam roller:
- roller angels- 12 reps, then stood up against the wall and did 10 more
- Plank with forearms on foam roller- 1 minute (so much harder)

- Outside arm reaches up
- Inside arm reaches up
- then switch
Inchworms:
- did 4 because there was no room! Grrr.
And…..
- Quad stretches
- hip flexor stretches
- Scorpion stretch
- Hammy stretch
Not bad… I finished in an hour and 10 minutes….
364 calories and my heart rate was between 113-158
Spectacular weather today…I must add! When I walked out of the gym, the air smelled like winter and come and gone and Spring was about to blossom! Ahhh, if only… I took advantage of the weather and opened all my windows cleaned my house top to bottom and just let the breeze flow through my windows.
So thankful for the Sun today…..
