The half marathon training is starting to get intense and our runs are getting harder. Running 4 days a week with one of the runs being longer is getting tiresome, but that's the whole point. In times when it does feel impossible, you have to dig deep into your mental strength bank and withdrawl every ounce of strength to get you through it.
I'll back up to Wednesday January 25th. I weighed in at 112. Raha and I worked out together today, which makes it a bit easier, because I focus on her and try not to think about what I am doing.
