WOWZER!

What a GREAT weekend so far! I LOVE my Saturdays simply because I do my boot camp early in the morning, train a few more clients and the rest of my day is laid back, easy and whatever I feel like doing...I do. I don't have to RUSH to have my husbands dinner on the table HOT at 7:30 either! 


Raha raved about me to a few of her girlfriends a while back and slowly they trickled into my Boot Camps. I AM SOOO in love with these women! They are super motivated to get up before the sun EVERY Saturday to get their asses kicked! They are so appreciative and work hard., not to mention, they are ALL so freaking tiny and cute! LOVE THEM! I need to take some pics of them, because their bodies are going to DRASTICALLY change if they continue doing what they are doing. I am excited to have them.


So you all remember Stacy right? Well we are coming up on our 7 month anniversary of me training and coaching her... Holy CRAP, is all I have to say! In almost 7 months, I have changed Stacy's outlook on life, fitness, food, health and yes, fashion too! 


A few days ago, I told Stacy to get ready to prep for some photos. SO I prepped her as if she were doing a modeling shoot. She listened to everything I said, came prepared and ready to ROCK the CAMERA! I am so proud of her effort, her drive, her focus and her WILL to WANT to succeed. It's NOT just about losing weight for Stacy. She wants to see definition, she wants to get faster, stronger and leaner.


I explained to Stacy a long time ago that NUTRITION- HER nutrition is what will change her body. We had to FINE TUNE so much! Stacy was NOT a cook when we met- she counted on Jenny Craig for portion control, she didn't even know what too many carbs looked like or how bad it was to "JUST HAVE A COOKIE" here and there. 
Yes, if you want to change your body- YOU SACRIFICE! She was eating Jenny Craig prepared meals pretty much all day everyday, and I warned her in the beginning that if she really wanted to see definition and sculpted muscled, she would have to learn to cook, have portion control, and take responsibility for her food choices.


TODAY: ALl because of what I have taught her, she eats Ezekiel bread, avocados, zucchini, hard boiled egg whites, blueberries.... ALL REAL food! I introduced her to Lara bars! I mean, this woman has come FULL CIRCLE, and we only have JUST SCRATCHED the SURFACE!

In this picture, Stacy looks unhealthy, overweight, and in disguise. She looks as if she is HIDING her weight in her mid section as well with the baggy top, right? Same thing with the shorts. These are true signs of an overweight person who MAY be ashamed of uncomfortable with the way they look. 



In this picture, you can see that Stacy is SO motivated, feeling so much better about her self, and just ready to ROCK THE WEIGHTS and get those muscles pumped up! You can see from the picture that her skin looks brighter, she LOOKS happy and much more confident! OH NO! The Fit Green Goddess created another MONSTER- I mean Goddess! 



Another few weeks to a month later, Stacy is being consistent with her workouts, her eating really hasn't changed MUCH, but she is seeing that the Jenny Craig food isn't taking her to where she would like to be, so I challenged her to AT LEAST taking out one Jenny Craig meal.... long story short, I believe after one week of eliminating Jenny Craig Breakfasts, she dropped 1-2 lbs! Go figure! Still you can see her that Stacy is MORE uncovered! She is wearing a TANK top, hair pulled back and YES, smiling! AHHH!

And well, HERE! She is ROCKING JUST a sports BRA! I definitely pulled the SEXY out of this girl! HA! Know why I LOVE this picture? NO, she doesn't have a 6-pack, no, her arms are NOT where they need to be YET, no her legs are sculpted, BUT! Her confidence, self-esteem and FIERCE GREEN GODDESS ATTITUDE are 100% there! 
This my friends is how goals are achieved! You keep on going until you think you can't do one more rep or set, 1 more mile, eat one more egg white or baked yam.. You keep going until.... 
Well??? Until you look like this! 
7 months later, here is MY girl Stacy! Go Stacy!

I started by doing Stacy's makeup. She is very fair skinned but has dark circles (may be genetic) under her eyes. They have gotten SO much better since her diet changed but I still wanted to make her look as pretty as possible. She moisturized and then I put concealer under her eyes, around her nose (some little veins were showing) and I also covered some blemishes around her chin. They I powdered her face with powder. IMMEDIATELY, she looked 10 years younger and SO BRIGHT and healthier and just had this GLOW! Next I did her eye shadow. I put white-ish eye shadow on her whole eye lid, and messed around with some greens for the crease of her eyes- bit not too much. The blush just made her whole face pop. We dabbled with the mascara, but again, not a lot- just enough. Her eye brows didn't need a thing! SO I primped her hair a bit and...
here you go! Just a FRESH Natural LOOK! MEOW! She couldn't believe what I had done... 
She was READY for her photos!










WOW! When I saw this picture, I couldn't believe my eyes! I am so used to seeing her every week, that sometimes it's hard to notice the differences. Like NIGHT and DAY! Her face looks like a different person, her arms are TONED, her QUADS, well they are definitely more defined and look at her posture!?!?! OH YEA!






This one has got to be my FAVORITE! She is wearing a SMALL sized tank top, and Small Sized Sports bra! How do I know???? I gave them to her! They were mine! Before I had my "GIRLS".  Look at her mid-section! CURVES! 
Check out this one! Can you just LOOK at her arms? Let me remind you that I see Stacy one time per week! So what does that TELL YOU?? She does the necessary work DURING the week to keep her metabolism HIGH, her muscles tight and she keeps her cardio high. She also eats very clean now, emails me constantly with questions on foods, recipes and what she can eat or not eat.
WOW! ALl I can say this I am proud of her! I feel like I have taken her from A to Z! We aren't finished with her journey yet! This is a life ling journey. I am guiding Stacy to a WHOLE NEW LIFESTYLE!
