Sunday- Fun day!

I got the chance to sleep in! Ok, so I didn't sleep in until 10am, not even 8am! More like 7:00am! For me, that is sleeping in! No bootcamp, due to everyone being busy bee mom's, I didn't have to be at Apo until 8:00 to train Stacy. On my way there, I decided to actually workout WITH Stacy instead of training her. I know when my clients workout with me, they end up working harder and faster, and get more out of the session. 
How cute does Stacy look!  She held her own today and didn't complain or say "I can't"....ONCE! I am so proud of her! I think I may do this more often with her.... She's motivated, her form is PERFECT, she is fast and can keep up! I guess I trained her right! LOL!




Here is what we did together...
Treadmill warm up for 6 minutes. Walking o incline of 5% at 3.4, then run at 6.0 alternating until 6 minutes was up.




Round One:
  • Smith Squats: 20lbs/ 15 reps - wide -close- normal
  • neutral grip pull ups: 15 reps
  • jump rope- 30 seconds fast as we can
Round two: 3 sets
  • Walking lunge- holding 10lbs each hand-24 total
  • dbell chest press- 15 reps, 20lbs, 22.5lbs., 25lbs.
  • burpees- 10 reps all three sets
Round three: 2 sets
  • Dbell step ups- holdig 20lbs each hand- 16 total
  • low seated cable row- 35lbs. 15 reps
  • jump squat - 15 touching the floor with hands


Round four: 2 sets
  • 1 leg smith dead lifts- 12 reps 20lbs. each side
  • arnold presses- 12.5lbs/ 12 reps
  • back extensions- 15 reps
  • dips (assisted) 15 reps
  • standing bicep curls- 15bs/ 12 reps
For being such a good girl, I gave her a goodie bag filled with Glo-Bites! Who is happier than her?!?!
