NO IDEA!

I have no idea what to label this post. I am usually so excited about motivating you with some awesome post, but I am not myself today. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better.

I woke up and weighed in at 109 lbs. I am NOT trying to lose weight, I am actually TRYING to get pregnant.
I decided to go to the gym today. I have been feeling really "SKINNY", lately and although I like being lean, I DON'T like when I see SOFT skin and no definition. Since my half marathon I lost 6 pounds. I contribute the lose to no creatine in my system. Before I started using creatine, I was 109lbs.

SO I got to the gym and thought I would feel great once I started, but I don't think my body is ready. I was breathing heavy and felt so weak. I did the Arc Trainer for 15 minutes, and didn't wake up or feel good like I normally do. I tried to do a little of everything and BOY let me tell you. I had to sit down for a minute,I couldn't stop drinking water and so after an hour of FIGHTING with myself, I took a big gulp of self pride, grabbed my handy dandy notebook and out the door I went.

Some of the words I wrote in my journal for today were:

"out of breath", "tired", "anxious", "emotional" and "SHIT".

I will try again tomorrow. I guess I am still healing and so I really need to slow it down more than I have been and just suck it up.

If you are subscribing to my NEW Blog, You will see some NEW workouts! If not, sorry. I will NO longer be posting my workouts, cardio routines, recipes or videos.

I did take some updated pics today. I LOVE my Body Rock Sport Bra as you KNOW I do, so I wanted to share with you my love!

the SEXIEST Sprts Bras!

I like this picture, because I LOVE seeing the definition in my arms... From the pic you can't tell how small I really am, but even one of the trainers whom I am friendly with noticed how I have shrunk! UGH!

I see a vein creaping out! I always LOVED that! I ALWAYS have veins down the back of my arms, they are HUGE, but THIS vein, is my FAV!!!!

Stop and smell the flowers!!!!

Wow! Last week came and went like a tornado! I didn't even have a moment to stop and take it all in. I am referring to NOT only my Tubal reversal, but my Baptism. Since January of last year, I have been attending RCIA every Tuesday night as well as going to Mass every Sunday.

A quick story:

I was driving by my church- St. Gregory The Great in Harrison one cold December day. The light turned red and as I sat at the light, it was as if God was whispering in my ear to call the church and see if what I can do about becoming a Catholic. I never heard of the RCIA program at this point. So a priest answered, and he told me I would have to attend weekly classes at night and e would have to see if they had room for me. 10 minutes later I got a call back and it was Father Paul telling me I could begin when I wish, and there was room for me. SO excited, I couldn't wait to tell Mario- He was so proud of me.  Well, Christmas came, so while we were celebrating with Mario's family, I was telling Toni (my sister in law) who has been telling me I should go to Church since we first met! I KNEW she would be over the moon excited!
I told her I would start in January- besides, what a great way to kick off the New Year on a POSITIVE, SPIRITUAL and happy note! I was excited yet nervous!

You can read more about my experience with my class here!

Sunday's My favorite day!

So Easter Vigil was my BIG day! It was almost as if I was getting married- and I was! I was committing my life to our Lord. I had to wear white. I just always remember seeing little girls looking so pure and innocent and so Godly when they would make communion and confirmation- It's such a beautiful day.
By 7:30 Mario & I arrived at the Church, and there were already lots of people there! I was so nervous and humbled by the whole experience. Mother Gerri- My adorable little teacher was soooo excited and looked so beautiful! I swore she is definitely sent from above! She is such an angel- and she is so very loved. So caught up in the moment, I didn't even think to take some pictures, but tried to at least get one of our church that was filled with Lillie's- It was GORGEOUS.
8:00, we are called outside to the front of the CHursh where there is a bonfire. Funny thing is that is was chilly but worse was the fact that I was wearing white and I kept hiding from the smoke that kept coming towards me! Father blessed the fire and said his prayers over the NEW 2012 Easter Candle, and headed towards the inside of the DARK church. NO lights- It was sick, I sware! We

all light our candles and little by little the church was lit up just by candle light. I still think everyone could hear my heart beating. I was nervous, but not emotional at this point. I was just in a REALLY GOOD way. I felt tranquil, peaceful and Brand NEW!
After the homily, Mon senior called me up: Tinamarie. I walked over towards the front where I am blessed with holy water. I had to literally stick my head in and turn to the side. As soon as the Holy Water touched my forehead, I became SUPER emotional. I started crying so hard, and could not

stop! Mon senior also did the sign of the cross on my forehead with the oils that smelled like heaven must smell! I got a glance of my husband behind me and I could tell he was so proud of me. My God-mother and Sponsor, Toni who is my sister in law was just beside herself. She envisioned this journey since day one of meeting me. I couldn't have picked a BETTER sponsor. She is just an incredible wealth of information, love, tenderness and spirituality.

Once it was time to receive communion, I was SUPER nervous! I went up, bowed after I took the host and made the sign of the cross, and went back to my pew and right there, marked a NEW beginning for me. Not only for me but for Mario & I to be able to receive communion together each week, only brings us that much closer in our marriage.

After the BEAUTIFUL Mass ended, walking out who I thought were strangers are now my Spiritual family. They were congratulating me, hugging me, and telling me what a BEAUTIFUL choice I have made and how proud they were of me, without even knowing me! It was so nice. I truly felt and feel NOW that I belong there!

Wow! I did it! The RCIA program has led me to the person I am one year later. I have FAITH in our Lord. I TRUST our Lord and I now make it a point to EVERYDAY talk to him, pray to him, and LOVE him. I couldn't be happier. Building a relationship with God has helped me through the toughest times in my life. Praying to him and just letting go and letting him, has been such a GIFT. One I treasure each and everyday.

Over the HUMP!

Well, well, well! Here we are already almost done with a GORGEOUS WEDNESDAY!! I am not sure WHY I am in such GREAT spirits, although as I type this, I think I NOW know..... Our Lord brought me all the way though my journey all these years later
only to FINALLY be welcomed into the Catholic Church! Words CAN'T express how I feel.

Last night was my LAST RCIA Class, but I have opted to stay "ON" in my Class. I will strengthen my FAITH, and continue to learn. SERIOUSLY, I have JUST scratched the surface! I will also encourage the newer students in the class to continue on their journeys towards a stronger relationship with our Lord as well....

.....So as far as my workouts...They kinda of diminished since the race!! It' s a good thing for me, since I have been training like a beast since I can even remember! My body is thanking me! I am sure if you train like me you understand how I feel! I am in the process of revamping a new workout schedule along with a new running schedule.

My NEW fav commercial!

Got goals???? I GOT NEW GOALS!

Hills, sprints, hills, sprints, hills sprints- REPEAT! How's that for a NEW goal? I am going to work on my speed and my hills which in turn will help my endurance. I want to continue to sign up for half marathons, and do them FOR TIME, not "JUST BECAUSE." I have a vision, I have a specific goal in mind and now it's time to do the work necessary to get there.

I sat home the past few days every chance I got, to research some different runs, hills, and sprints. SO far so good! While training for the NYC half, I was running a whole hell of a lot! SO many long runs! This time, I will keep my runs short and sweet and just incorporate one long run (outside). Its the PERFECT time to be training again! I am also going to introduce my running sneaks to the track! Hello little track! Get ready to feel the fit green goddess run all over you! ;o)

I also have changed up my workout routines.
Oh PS. Since I don't list my workouts anymore, I have gotten so many emails about how you can sign up to get my workouts, meal plans, etc... My web guy is working on that! I will send you the links asap!
Anywho! Yea, so doing things I never thought I would as far as movements and weights. A whole lot of core, I mean a whole lot! A TON of glute work, and of course, my favorite bodypart- My BACK...
I guess you'll have to subscribe to my network to get the goods! Seriously, I have been blogging and GIVING my stuff away for MANY years..... I work my ASS off on my blog trying to give you the best info, workouts and recipes. With joining the Network, you will get SO much more! I will keep you posted!
