Let the countdown begin!

And the countdown begins! Phew! Saturday the festivities begin! Are you ready? Are you one of those people who waits till the last minute? I am done, however, I glance over at the gifts and think...hmmm, maybe just a few more little gifts for everyone. I am that person who LOVES to buy gifts for people to make them feel loved, appreciated and special.

This past weekend we had celebrated Christmas at my brother-in-law David and his wife Liz and their son Shane. Their home is beautiful and sits surrounded by trees. In their family room is a fire place and a beautiful tree filled with presents below. It was a typical holiday, ya know, everyone gathering, the women on one side of the room and the guys on the other while the kids are just scattered throughout the house. The football game was on but Christmas music playing in the backrgound.

.....After a fabulous meal, dessert was put out on the table, and I of course had to share my Fit Green Goddess Glo-Bites with everyone! Of course, they were a hit! My little Glo-Bites look like little snow balls...so cute, so packed with superb nutrients that leave you feeling Satisfied, energized and the best part..they are guilt free! :O)

So for Christmas I bought Erica, our nice a Juciy Couture Charm bracelet & a beautiful Butterfly charm to go with it! Just to see the surprise and happiness in her eyes, was worth fighting for a parking spot in the mall as well as waiting on a line to pay for it! I am was thrilled for her. I got little Shane a gift card from Sprts Athority which he loved, as he is quite the little hockey player!

We had such a great time with the family, and now it's time to get home, sleep and begin a new day.
